Conscience - Those By Reason Exercised Their Senses (Gates) To Have Discerning Spirit

Hebrew: Chapter 5, Verse 12-14
For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of oracle of God; and you have become to need milk and not solid food. For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.

But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

2nd Chronicles: Chapter 7, Verse 11-15
Thus King Solomon finished the house of the Lord and the king house; and Solomon successfully accomplished all that came into his heart to make in the house of the Lord and in his own house. Then the Lord appeared to Solomon by night and said to him, "I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice.

"When I shut up heaven and there is no rain or command the locusts to devour the land or send pestilence among My people, if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place."
